During this legislative session we worked on behalf of all charter schools to pass SB 38, resulting in millions of dollars in equity funding for charter students. Our efforts, interaction and presence at the legislature also resulted in a 3% increase to the WPU , in addition to fully funding student growth. This unprecedented increase to charter funding speaks to the effectiveness of our advocacy.
